Payment Policy

1. Plans and pricing
Uaask is offered on recurring subscription plans that bundle a set number of AI support agents and a monthly message allowance. Current plans and inclusions are shown on our pricing page:
- Starter - $39/month (USD)
- Plus - $99/month (USD)
- Plus Pro - $139/month (USD)
Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI chat messages. A "message" means a single response generated by your chat agent. We may update plan pricing and inclusions; changes take effect from your next billing cycle and we will give you reasonable notice of any price increase.
2. Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis from the date you subscribe. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically each cycle and the applicable fee is charged to your saved payment method.
- Your billing date is the day of the month on which you first subscribed.
- You authorise us and our payment processor to charge the recurring fee until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your account until payment succeeds.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number - card details are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliance. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
4. Message allowances and overages
If your usage reaches your plan's monthly message allowance, we may notify you and invite you to upgrade to a higher plan. Depending on your plan settings, additional usage may be rate-limited until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing cycle, or billed as an overage where you have enabled it. Unused messages do not roll over.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
You can upgrade at any time; the new plan's features apply immediately and billing is adjusted from the date of change. Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle so you keep the features you paid for until then. We do not provide credit for downgrading mid-cycle.
6. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be confident in Uaask. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that first charge. To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account email within the 14-day window.
- The guarantee applies once, to your initial payment on a new subscription only.
- Renewal payments and payments after the first 14 days are non-refundable.
- We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused (for example, repeated sign-up and refund cycles).
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- Except under the 14-day guarantee above, we do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a billing period.
- Your agents will stop responding to shoppers once your access ends.
8. Taxes
Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise at checkout. Where sales tax, VAT, GST or other taxes apply, they will be added to or included in your invoice as required by law. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your own jurisdiction.
9. Failed payments and suspension
If we cannot collect payment, we may suspend your agents and access after reasonable retry attempts and notice. Restoring access may require settling the outstanding amount. Content and settings are retained for a reasonable period during suspension before they may be deleted.
10. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this Payment Policy limits any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a non-excludable guarantee is not met, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the refund terms above.
11. Changes
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Material changes to pricing or billing will be notified before they take effect for your subscription.
